Our Meditation Practice guides us inward to experience an awareness that is deeper than thought. In this place we find stillness in the restful awareness of meditation, and go past our fears and confusion to connect with our soul. Thoughts of separation can evaporate as we connect with the universal unity of consciousness. We can then become interconnected with our universe through the flow of energy in constant dynamic exchange with the environment around us. This experience of oneness and stillness is very comforting to our minds, encouraging old thought patterns to calm and be reconsidered, and motivating the discovery of who we really are. This clear vision of our soul – our truest self – forms the foundation for peace and understanding, and opens our mind to compassion and boundless possibilities.
